This simple image kept popping into my head while trying to decide on what the cover should look like and what the title of the album should be. There are so many meanings to it, but the project in its entirety finally made perfect sense when I went so many days being good and then all of the sudden realized I wasn't actually doing well and had a mental breakdown. This is reflected in the nature of the poems and how the album ends. It's only 5 minutes, please give it a listen and let me know what you think, it took a lot to finally finish it. Thank you.
